I have a mini with Dell u2415.
I want to purchase a second u2415. Will mac mini work with 1920x1200 on both, in extended mode?

How should the 2nd monitor be connected? If I remember correctly, I used Thunderbolt to Mini DP on the first monitor.

I did a quick search on this topic, but the results are inconclusive.

Thanks

Yes. I have the 2012 mac mini with two dell monitors running at 1920x1200. (Is extended mode just one large desktop? Then yes) The second monitor will use the HDMI port if you are already using the mini DP.

Don't worry. Your Mini can handle pretty much any (normal thinking) number of displays (except 4k). See my proof of concept for further reference:

OK, thanks guys. I saw couple of conflicting posts about 1920x1200 via HDMI, so wanted to confirm before taking a plunge.
