I cannot seem to find the info and did a quick search but does anyone know what SSDs are used in the 2018 (and 2020) Mac mini from 256 GB on up? I think the 128 GB old one had Toshiba flash.

Apple calls it "APPLE SSD AP0128M" as its proprietary storage but it's basically a Toshiba flash storage. Same for 2020 model. Only difference is capacity starts at 256GB.

They don't use Samsung anymore for the higher capacities such as say 1 TB and 2 TB?
