Mac Mini 2018 Memory Question

hi all. I have a brand new Mac mini headed my way and am getting my parts lined up.

I have 2 8GB modules of DDR4-PC2133P from another system. Will that work if I install them in my new Mini and replace the 2 4GB modules included?

Does it have to be DDR4-PC2400??

It needs to be 2666MHz (PC4-21300) DDR4 SO-DIMM memory modules.

2400MHz also works, not sure about 2133Hz.
