I have a Mac mini 2018 with i7 and 356gb ssd+16gb ram+egpu.
The problem is that if I leave Mac mini without stop or shutdown, randomly it go crash.
I don't understand what is the problem because I found crashed my Mac mini when I need use it and I found this situation:
  • Mac mini and egpu no led and I need use power button for start
  • When I start them Mac mini reopen all pre bug active software and show me and alert that the system was restarted for a problem.
I saved some crash log and I will attach them here .

I asked to apple help and they tried me some options (check admin rights and other scans) but the problem is again here. Apple help thinks is a software problem but I can't find in the crash text what is the problem.

Somebody help me pls.

Not seeing anything that jumps out.

The error is an Intel "catastrophic error", and two different reason codes (could not track the codes).

Any recent hardware upgrades, especially RAM? Might be bad RAM, not seated properly. Any new software installed?
