Mac mini: Automatic standby/hibernate/lock after XX minutes possible?

Hy,

an older Macs it was possible to go to standby/hiberante or lock the Mac after XX minutes. On Big Sur one Mac mini I cannot find this option.

Is it not longer supported by Apple to lock a Mac automaticly after several minutes when not using it?
