Mac Mini Buy Help

I'm planning to get a mac mini and I'm not sure about what specs I really need.

All I really do is facebook (facebook apps), aim, forums, other internet stuff.
Sometime in the future, I think I wanna play Sims 3, edit some music on garage band, and a little bit of video editing.

What specs should my mac mini be??

*I have a 600gb external hard drive. So, I'm just going to leave the baseline hard drive (Unless you think a little bit more is better).*

Just grab the 2.0GHz one. Then later up'it to 4GB of memory and you're set.
