mac mini fusion drive at apple retail

can the mac mini with fusion drive be purchased at a apple retail store or does it have to be ordered online?
 
When I got my Mini last week (Bristol, U.K.) the guy told me that both the Fusion drive and the SSD were online/BTO options only...
