Mac Mini Fusion Drive with Bootcamp

I am planning on buying a new Mac Mini for use as both a windows and mac development machine.

With the fusion drive is it possible to create a bootcamp partition and use both Windows 8 and OSX?

Yes, but only the HDD can be partitioned and Windows will not be able to use the SSD for anything.
