I haven't experience with it. But, I have administrator account.

You go to /Applications/Utilities/Disk Utility. You select your partition (which is usually "Macintosh HD") and hit Repair Permissions! View my screen shot for help...

Funny is that, now I can't not install this utility. I think that, bad appinstaller can be our problem. How can I reinstall internal "app installer" or know you some good alternative installer?

I honestly don't know. If Installer works for other packages the problem is with the installed utility files.
 
Now, appinstaller says "notice about crash" before start of installation.
