Mac Mini G4

Hello i got a strange Mac Mini G4.
I can boot any linux Distros even from USB, but no MacOS X
I take a original Tiger DVD from my other Mini G4.
I got kernel panic.
So i downloaded a Panther Cd from macintosh garden.
Burned it at boot after a while the logo turns into a forbidden logo.
i have reset pram and set reset-nvram
any idea ...

What does Tiger's kernel panic say? Can you post a picture?

The Panther CD release is too old for the Mac mini - you need at least v10.3.7 for it to fully work.

Welcome to the forums (sorry for forgetting that)

Your Tiger disc is for the "Late 2005" 1.33/1.5GHz Mac mini which is a PowerMac10,2.

You need to modify it to work on the "Early 2005" 1.25/1.42GHz model which is PowerMac10,1 as you can see.

However, it would be easier to put the older mini in Target Disk Mode, connect both minis via FireWire, boot the Tiger disc on the newer mini and tell it to install on the older mini's hard drive.
