Mac Mini i7 Freezing Mavericks Sleep

Hi,

My mac mini i7 occassionally freezes when I either turn off my monitor or when woken from sleep - this is with Mavericks current version installed.

However if I have Mountain Lion installed the problem does not occur.

Is this a known problem?
