I recently bought an early 09 Mini, I used it a couple times with no issue. Today however it will not boot up. When I hit the power button the white screen comes up and a progress bar shows to be loading but stop very early and it power off. Any suggestions? It has an intel 2.0 ghz, 4 gigs ram, 128 gig ssd and osx 10.8

When it is off, press the power button to turn it on. Then right after you hear the startup noise, press and hold the shift key until you see the Apple logo. Does it fully start up like this in Safe Boot?

It says everything is find when I do repair and verify. I tried selecting the reinstall option and it lets me choose between the restore partition and the other partition, it says both are locked

I wiped the drive and when I try to download Mountain Lion it prompts me for my Apple id and password, when entered it says it is temporarily unavailable
