Mac Mini M1 - 3 Displays

Has anyone got the new Mac Mini with 3 displays?

Thanks I was going to try and avoid Sidecar I hoping to use my Satechi Twin HDMI adapter I use for my MacBook Pro (2017) on it and have 3 displays (using the HDMI in the Mini)

Not only two displays max, but only one connected via TB3 port. One display MUST be connected to the HDMI port to have two displays.

Yes I know that. I have the Satechi Type-C Dual Adapter https://satechi.net/products/type-c-dual-multimedia-adapter?variant=29646048460888 I was hoping to use that to get 3 displays.

Any AirPlay-compatible monitor will work (not just the iPad in Sidecar).

That will not work. Even though it uses two Type-C ports, the M1 Macs can only output one single video stream between all Type-C ports. The only way to get a second display from the Thunderbolt/USB-C ports is to use a USB-protocol display such as a DisplayLink adapter or an iPad using SideCar. Both of those methods are "pretend displays", that don't use the graphics chip to generate the display. And the performance, while likely acceptable for text/web browsing use, is not good for fast-moving like 3D games or videos. And because both use lossy compression, don't try to edit photos on a DisplayLink or SideCar display.
