Thinking of getting this setup anyone have this monitor and M1 Mac mini working.

No, but I have a Samsung 32" 4K monitor running at 60Hz. Works great, but you need to connect it the one of the USB-C/Thunderbolt ports on the Mac to get all scaling options.

The 27UL850/UN850 works quite well, so I wouldn't be scared about this particular model. But I'd go directly with the 32UN950 for what it costs more...

My new Mac Mini M1 works fine with my Dell U3415W I believe is the model. Using a HDMI 2.0 cable. Its at 60hz at 3440x1440 which is the same panel as that one I believe.
