Mac mini M1 - Samsung Monitor Question

Hello.

I bought yesterday a Mac mini M1 and I plugged it through HDMI to a new Samsung curved monitor. But if I change the sound output to monitor speakers sound is not working. The sound of mini is OK. Can you help me what I am doing wrong?

Check if the Samsung monitor has a sound menu (it most likely does). It's possible it has a volume control that is set too low.

It has. I can select to mute or raise the sound
