Mac Mini M1 with 65” Samsung UN65RU8000FXZA

I’m interested in a ‘20 Mini M1. I want to use it living room style as I do now with my M$ PC…The TV’s max display is 3840x2160, which I’m ok with but before I pony up I’d like to know if MacOS is capable of that resolution and the ability to zoom 250-300%, so desktop items like the global menu bar, icons, and the dock are the appropriate size and not tiny. Thanks.

You will be fine. I have hooked up my M1 MBP to my 65-inch 4k Sony TV a couple of times and everything is nice and large when selecting the biggest scaling option.
