Hi all,
Mac Mini M1 16/256G, latest 11.2.3.

Caldigit TS3+ dock connected to it and only thing I have connected to the TS3+ is my DP monitor.

I log off and sleep. I note that the MAC keeps lightning up the Thunderbolt port because it wakes up the TS3+. To try and eliminate this I switched off all Bluetooth devices such as my mouse, keyboard, trackpad. No joy. Turned off the monitor at teh mains to eliminate it. Same. Mac still keeps lightning up and the mini and TS3+ are warm. Check first thing in the morning and both are warm and Caldigit awoke.

Only things on the mini are Adobe and Microsoft apps. That's it. I have my external hard drives directly connected to the mini - not the TS3+, again to eliminate what's going on.

Any thoughts please?

Seeing the same thing, although it appears to be intermittent, on my Mac Mini M1 16/1 connected to an HDMI monitor and Caldigit TS3+ with second monitor connected to TS3+ DP. Nothing else except analog headphones plugged into the TS3+.
At first I thought it was sleeping properly based on one days operation, but then after disconnecting the system and reconnecting it and more operating time, it now appears to sleep intermittently. I also tried switching off "Wake for network access" yesterday, and this morning the blue light on the TS3+ was on. Monitor on the TS3+ DP port was powered off overnight. I also tried switching the TS3+ from thunderbolt port 1 to port 0, which did not seem to make any difference.
