Mac Mini Processor Option

I haven't noticed anyone mention it but there is a processor option 2.26GHz for the Mini. Is it worth $150 to upgrade? Also, other than graphics, any ideas how would the new new 2.0GHz Mini perform against the old Mini of comparable speed.
