I have a Mac Mini that I want to put some more memory in but I'm not sure how to remove the outer casing. Its one of the older Intel Core Solos with my spare iMac 512mb. Does anyone know how to do this or what the easiest way is? Thanks.

You need some flexible paint scrapers, preferably with sharpened edges. Then look at iFixIt (that's a G4 Mini, but the basic case disassembly is the same for the intel Mini) or google of other takeapart videos.

'Ram is wise on the ram aka Computer memory Q's..

More detailed mini take-apart is: here... 🙂

It is really easy to take the cover off - the second time.

I just use a single regular putty knife.

You will want to look at the video since getting to the RAM once the cover is off is a lttle bit of work and a little fiddly.
