Anyone else considering using one of these with an external superdrive and just putting regular snow leopard on it?

Also, the Mini has a mini-dvi port and a the new displayport. So, my assumption is that I can use my 28inch monitor over the mini-dvi port, and I could then connect a monitor just like this one with the display port with a dvi adapter?... Resolution is 1920x1200..

I just do some web design work and run adobe programs quite a bit. I really need the hard drive space. I've considered buying a regular mini and putting two drives in it, but then you've still got the hole in the case for the superdrive.. looks tacky in my opinion.

I'm no expert but seems a bit of a waste of an OS X Server Edition license? Why not just buy the high-end consumer model and a put in a larger drive?
