mac mini server edition - special server dvd?

"question" - is the install dvd that comes with the osx mac mini server specific to the mini or is it full fledged server install disc?

It is specific to the Mac mini with Snow Leopard Server. (So, not that one single Mac mini, but to that build. It's not a full retail version that can be installed anywhere.)
