I've had these in the system in RAID0 for a while and I thought that I would post up a thread so everyone can see what a little Mac Mini can do when configured to the max.

Test Configuration
Mac Mini Server (Mid 2011)
2.0Ghz Quad Core i7
16GB Corsair 1600Mhz Vengeance SO-DIMMs
2x Corsair Performance Pro 256GB in RAID0
OS X Lion 10.7.4

BlackMagic Disk Speed Test

Read: 844MB/s
Write: 698MB/s
