Mac Mini Server with Eye TV connected?

Is it possible to connect my Eye Tv to a Mini server and have it play on any computer on the network? I know the software would have to be on each machine, but could it be possible?
 
im sorry, but this isnt possible as far as i know. you would have to record the stuff first then share those files.
