Mac Mini split connection with the monitor?

I have a Dell S2340M 23" LED monitor with a DVI connection. I also have a Mac Mini and a Windows 7 PC tower.

I want to know how can I connect both my windows 7 desktop pc tower & Mac Mini to this monitor?

It also has a VGA connection. Connect one to the DVI and the other to the VGA and just switch inputs depending on which computer you want to work on.
