hey ,, i've just bought the mid 2011 mini "base model" ..
and i've noticed that while it is working and i touch its surface i feel like ther's sort of static electricity ..
is this normal or what !!?
and can it cause damage to mini !?

Are you using a grounded plug or a grounded outlet?

Get your home a dehumidifier if you get a lot of static buildup in your home during winter time. Plus get an Ups or power strip that is grounded.

The mini is NOT grounded. What your getting is normal depending on the conditions in the room. Do not worry it will not damage your mini!

In Egypt some plugs have the third grounding pin; it usually sticks out from the receptacle.
