Mac Mini support DTS/True HD audio?

The Mac mini has a hybrid analogue/digital audio output, so if anything you would plug that into your receiver since there is no audio from the video port.
no. Its using an Nvidia chipset which doesn't support bitstreaming.
It does support DTS core from DTS-MA though, or DD5.1/DTS
