Mac mini upgrade guide

Hey all,
Was just browsing the web for stuff and came across this:

The website says it looks to be genuine apple stuff, but I thought they didn't release anything like this? anyways the pdf has got some real good pics and seems pretty applish? any thoughts? 🙂

If Apple made this, it was probably for employees and not users.
