Hi all:

I am going to do this:

Drop a 2.33ghz 667fsb core 2 duo (M) socket into my 1.83 mac mini, along with 2gb of Ram and a new 7200rpm SATA Hard drive?

Good idea?

Search the forums, it's been done before. Apparently, you can put an 802.11n Airport card in as well. Which processor are you thinking of - is that the T7600?

Everything I've heard says that the best-bang-for-your-buck upgrade is the 7200rpm drive.

I bought mine upgraded (see sig)

I've never had any heat-related problems, fwiw
