Mac Mini with 1gb ram, smooth?

Will the newest Mac Mini with 1gb ram running Leopard be smooth? I will be using the Iphone SDK on it as it's primary function.
 
I've got a 2 y/o mini (see sig for specs) and runs Leopard fine😎 , I would like more RAM but then I'd like more of lots of things🙄
