Is a Mac Mini powerful enough to start learning to program for iPhone and Mac? I know its a silly questions but ....
 
As long as it's an Intel Mac you should be fine. Your Mac is faster than your iPhone... I'm just guessing... 🙂
 
I'm still using a Core Duo (1st gen) Macbook. It is starting to feel a bit sluggish now as my projects get larger so I'm probably going to upgrade this upcoming year as long as Apple upgrades the new MBP's.

Still the current MacMini would do very well for development.
