mac msn chat windows losing focus after 'enter'.

as per the thread title, mac msn on my macbook has an extremely annoying habit of losing focus of my chat screens after hitting the 'enter' key.

i'd type a message, hit 'enter' then the window would lose focus and require me to click on the window again before i can continue typing.

does anyone have a fix for this frustrating problem?

i just happened to stumble upon the solution to this by accident.
i'm not sure why this was a solution but uninstalling safari 4 beta and rolling back to the previous version solved this issue.

The Safari 4 beta includes a version of WebKit which causes this issue. Later versions of WebKit have fixed this. You need to uninstall Safari 4 to get Messenger:Mac to work correctly again. There's plenty of other threads here with more details.
