hello,

question: What is the ebst way to lockdown a mac with a guest account? I have a guest account on my iMac but i would like to make it so that when someone closes the browser, it clears their usage, i.e., anything they logged into is automatically logged out and all of their surfing data is gone.

I know how to do this on a PC, but a little confused on a mac.

Thanks.

Use Mac's built in Guest account feature.

I have used that (says in my original post that I have guest account setup) but I do not see where in the settings to accomplish my original question.

In Leopard and newer, the Guest account auto deletes itself when ever the user logs out. A new fresh Guest account is made for the next login.
