Thats totally understandable, you been with windows for 15 years. Moreover, OS X vs Windows and that "easy to use" superiority is something that was true 15 years ago, and has been since, but the gap has narrowed extremelly. Nowadays, really, there is little diference, you are kinda late to the party hehehhe.
Nevertheless, press F3 and F4 in your Mac, and see what happens. this is one of the many things that makes produtivity on your MAc faster then Windows.
