.Mac not worth the money

I like the .mac features in general, but the mail needs a serious overhaul. No Junkmail controls, no rules? Unless I have overlooked them.

Not sure about the web client, but the Mail.app sitting in your dock can do all this and more...

Interesting. I wonder what "substantial upgrades" means.

Integration with ZFS & Time Machine would make sense - integrated, instant, online backup. I wonder what they'd charge for the disk space.

My greatest interest is linked to such backup. Taken a step further so that I can login to any mac in the world, and have the Mac present my desktop, files, etc as if I was at home - where the data is actually stored on .Mac.
