    Hi All!
I have just created a partition on my computer, but haven't put any operationing system on it.
I restarted my computer, and it seems that it has opened out of that partition.
It shows a folder with a question mark

When i hold option when turning on, it has a lock and a spot to enter a password.
I don't know what the password is.
I have tried my password, apple id password.
    Does anyone know the password

Is this the screen you are getting? That is a firmware (EFI) lock the prevents booting from other drives. If you do not have that password there is no way to recover it yourself. You will need to take your Mac to an Apple store along with proof of ownership and they can unlock it for you.
