How do I make my dock look like in the picture only at the bottom? I've see them before just don;t know how to do it.

Duff-Man says...I assume you mean not having the 3D effect that appears when you move it to the bottom. You can use the terminal to turn that off but it's easier to use something like TinkerTool...oh yeah!
