I tried "Mac OS 8.6 - Mac OS X 10.5 on Pismo G4/500MHz" again.
I read an article that some Toshiba HDD may have a problem of firmware and can't recognize the "master" configration.
Moreover, there seems to be a "limitation" that the boot volume must be within 72GB of the storage.
So, I changed Toshiba MK-1234GAX (120GB) with WD WD1200BEVE (120GB).
And repartitioned the HDD so that all 11 boot volumes within 64GB.
1: PowerBook G3 (Mac OS 9.0.4)
2: Mac OS 9.1
3: Mac OS 9.2.2
4: Mac OS X 10.0
5: Mac OS X 10.1
6: Mac OS X 10.2
7: Mac OS X 10.3
8: Mac OS X 10.4
9: Mac OS X 10.4S (Mac OS X 10.4 Tiger Server)
10: Mac OS X 10.5
11: Mac OS 8.6

Mac OS X 10.4 Tiger Server:
It worked well by using the modified Install Disc. (without OF)
Mac OS X 10.5 Leopard:
It also worked well by using the modified Install Disc. (without OF)
Mac OS 8.6:
I installed OS image from "Power Mac G4" Software Restore CD and modified its Mac OS ROM as "Compatible".
And selected "Mac OS 8.6" as a startup disk.
But, Pismo is powered off at the end of icon parade. --- again

I can see a battery icon with "x" mark at the moment the screen disappears.
The "date and time" is reset after reboot.
That should never happen normally if the battery and/or PRAM battery is normal.
Why only Mac OS 8.6 doesn't work?
Why does the power go down?
