Short answer: No.
Long Answer: It's doable, but not easily. You can't just throw a retial oS X disk in your rig and boot it. It won't start, and there are all sorts of driver issues to fight with. Hackintoshing is one of those "If you have to ask what it is, you probably shouldn't be doing it" things. Google OSx86 for more info if you want to start looking into it.
