Hi all, reader of this site since I became an Apple fan when the 3G came out last year and now this is my first post!

I have a Dell Latitude 6300 with windows xp and really want Mac OS X Leopard on it. Had a look on apple website and I believe it is £83 which i am happy to pay....any ideas how to install it on a windows pc? It's not worth buying a mac as its a uni laptop which I got for free for my PhD studies...will I have issues with drivers for wireless, keyboard, graphics etc...

Thanks,

Liam

You can also check the insanelymac.com forums
They have probably the best support group for the Hackintosh

so am i right in thinking that i cant actually buy a legal version and put it on my pc?

It violates the user agreement you "agree to" when you purchase and load the OS. There is a lot of debate on whether that is illegal or not, but it is certainly "not supported".

while there are ways to install it, if you have a problem you are on your own - Apple will not help you with any issues you run into.
