Mac OS X 10.5.8 Mail Keeps Quitting

    Hi,

    I hope someone can tell me what to do to stop my unexpected quit problem from Mail 3.6

    Here is the error log

    Tip via Apple Support Discussions: Try rebuilding the mailbox(s). You do this in Mail by highlighting the mailbox(s) you wish to rebuild and then select mailbox>rebuild.

    This article was put up for 10.5.6, but I'm sure the steps may still be applicable in your case. I am suspecting some incompatible Mail plug-ins that 10.5.8 is fighting with...

    My workaround for all the Apple Mail problems that I experienced was to first move on to Mozilla Thunderbird 3 Beta and then to Entourage 2008. Since then, eMail works for me...
