MAC OS X application on Intel without Universal binaries

Hi All,

I am using MAC OS X , i was developed one application on MAC OSX. So, when i am installing this application on Intel it is installing sucessfully. I was not added any "universal binaries" to this application. How this application is installing on Intel without having any Universal binaries.



Can any one help the reason.

PPC-based MacOS X applications on Intel-based Macs use the Rosetta emulation environment.

The application should run slower on an intel architecture as it is running under rosetta emulation. However on PCC there is no intel emulator so an app you made on an intel machine, without the proper universal binary resources, will not run.
