Mac OS X in vmware on a pc.

Hi, if I were to buy the Mac os X DVD from the apple store, would I be able to use it in vmware on my pc? Thanks

Well, sort of... maybe, if you get your hands dirty.

It's not officially supported, since OS X is only meant to be installed on Apple hardware. So what you have to do is fashion a hackintosh inside a VM 😛

This guide explains it pretty well, you'll *need* an Intel CPU which supports hardware virtualisation.
