Mac OS X on Dell Mini question

alright so im thinking of getting a dell mini as my "macbook air" sort of for college and on the go wherever i want without worrying for my macbook

anyways, is it best to install Mac as the main OS and then use Boot Camp to run the windows xp side. how will i do that?

will running vmware on this thing through mac os be a good idea?

well im sort of confused.
