what is the minimum requirement to install mountain lion on windows assembled system ? ?
can we install directly or have to install with virtual set up ?
 
It's not that simple....you are talking about what is commonly referred to as a Hackintosh....a computer that is designed to run Windows. It's all about the hardware you have, the Logic Board, graphics drivers support etc etc.

Even if you get passed these hurdles, you will pro ably still have to edit kexts I order to make the machine run OSX. If you are determined some good info here:

There are guides in the Googles to install Lion and/or Mountain Lion in a virtual machine in Windows. Tested and confirmed it does work.
