Mac OS X Snow Leopard Random 'Beachball Freeze' for 10 to 30 seconds

i have try 8 hour all of the solves.
library cleaning +clean app +cache cleaners +and many more..
but didnt reslove my problem.(finder freezes 10 sec beachball)

but i dont sleep for this problem is not finised.
