Mac OS X software to control iPod Touch or iPhone and access/share saved photos?

I would like to control my iPod Touch through USB via VNC or other means, and I would also like to access the files (saved photos) through the same software or different software. What are my options for controlling my iPod Touch via USB and accessing saved photos?
 
I still need help. Can someone tell me how to view my ipod's screen on my Mac through usb connection? My ipod touch is jailbroken, has openssh (if I need it) and veency. What software do I need for mac to view my ipods screen through usb, not wifi or ad hoc?
