Hi everyone,

I got stuck with this issue right now: I copied some files from my PC desktop to external HDD and then I pluged this external HDD to my Macbook Air, but I could find the new folder that I have created in external HDD. I'm really confused cause I did install Paragon NTFS for MAC.

What is the cause of this problem and how can I solve it?

Thanks for any idea

You need to better explain your problem. You say that your files are on an external HDD. Paragon NTFS allows you to write to NTFS drives. Without it, you can still read the HDD. This means that you have no reason not to find and open your files.

Lacking evidence to the contrary, it appears that you are simply having trouble navigating the drive from your Mac. Are you using the Finder or are you trying to navigate the drive using some application? If you are using an application, then I recommend that you use the Finder instead.
