Hello, I have Mac OSX Monterey 12.4. I need reinstall going back to
  • Apple® macOS® 10.12 – 10.14. Where can I find this software. I need it so I can update the firmware on my camera and the latest oSX will not allow me to do it.
Thank you.

I'm wondering are they backwards compatible as I'm going from 12.4 Monterey to an older version. after I update the camera, Im going to reload the latest. Thanks.
The 2021 MacBook Pro can only run 12.0 or later, if it’s a 14 or 16 inch, and 11.0 or later if it’s the 13 inch model so you’ll need to find a different way to update your camera. Perhaps a friend has a Windows computer you can use to install the update.
Also, what camera do you have?

2021 Macbook Pro M1. Thanks.

Thanks much, I appreciate this. I have a Sony A7Rii and the firmware is very old.

IF you have a 2021 MBP 14" or 16", Monterey is "the oldest" software you can use.
Nothing "earlier" will boot it.

As chrfr says, if the firmware update for the camera won't run under Monterey, you'll have to find an older Mac on which it WILL run, to do the update...

Thanks for all the suggestions and replies. I'll find a Windows computer.
