Suppose I was building an Alienware computer. However, when I was installing the hard drive I made sure it was compatable with Mac. Could I theoretically, boot the computer up with Mac OSX? If not what could I do to the computer to make it be able to boot up with the Mac OSX start up disk? I appreciate any help you can give.:)

Look up "hackintosh" and/or "InsanelyMac." Just because your hard drive is "compatible" with OS X (they all are, once formatted) doesn't mean the rest of your machine will be.
