Mac overheating

I recently purchased 16inch Macbook Pro. With iState, I see heating like this:

I think this is not normal. What do I have to get temperature normal.

They tend to run on the hot side... (sigh)

With iStats menus or e.g. MacsFanControl you can lower the Temps by setting the fans depending on e.g. CPU PECI.
